Weight room and Throws facility will be open at the Colich Throwing Center all day 6/25 and 6/26, if you need to train before 7am or after 7pm please reach out to conor@southbayathleticclub.org in advance.

Implement Check In:
We will have a rolling schedule starting at 8am, check your implement in when you arrive before warming up for your competition.
Transport:
For those arriving 6/25, we will re-imburse Ubers or Lyfts from LAX to the Meet hotel. For those arriving 6/26 we will be coordinating our van for pickups with the following schedule.
