This Event will be preceded by the California State High School Hammer Championships the morning of July 11th. Lunch will be available for purchase starting at 1:00PM.

Admission Tickets will be available for pre-sale here (link published soon), but will also be available on site the day of competition. Local Wilmington Residents will receive complementary admission.

The Throws facility is open to training for all competing athletes from 7am to 8pm. Our weight room is also available by appointment. Please reach out to conor@southbayathleticclub.org to schedule weight room access.
All athletes must fill out the below waiver before training.

USATF has confirmed that Tier & TPP funding may be used for travel to the LA Throws Cup.
